The active Sordin Supreme MIL CC Neckband hearing protectors are designed for soldiers, law enforcement officers, and sport shooters. They perform well in combat environments as well as on shooting ranges. The low-profile design combined with durable materials ensures comfort even during prolonged wear. The Single Number Rating (SNR) used in Europe to indicate noise reduction levels shows effectiveness at SNR 25 dB.

The model is built around an ASIC chip responsible for accurate sound processing and reliable electronic functions. It features two water-resistant omnidirectional microphones that effectively capture ambient sounds and transmit them to internal speakers. Noises exceeding the permissible threshold are limited to 82 dB, while quiet sounds are amplified, supporting communication without removing the headphones. An additional advantage is the 160 mm flexible boom microphone, which improves call quality.

The neckband is made of plastic and steel and covered with durable black fabric. The earcups feature soft PVC foam cushions, enhancing wearing comfort. Large function buttons allow easy operation even while wearing tactical gloves or in adverse weather. The design is suitable for both right- and left-handed users. Foldability makes storage and transport easier.

Power is supplied by two AAA batteries, allowing for about 600 hours of continuous operation. A built-in low battery alert system and auto shut-off after 4 hours of inactivity help conserve energy. Even when the batteries are depleted, radio and communication functions remain active.

The integrated Nexus TP120 audio input enables quick connection to devices such as mobile phones or radios. Large function buttons on the left side allow for operation in gloves and in harsh outdoor conditions.
