I definitely do not recommend it – the dirt came off along with the colour of the leather. The leather became matte and lost its depth of colour, and this applied not only to one jacket but also to several other items (fortunately rarely used). In the best case, there was no visible change on one belt. Later, I tried using Renovateur, also from Saphir, but it brought no improvement. It's better to use regular soap and leather grease for a few zlotys – it's less risky and gives a better result.

Saphir's glycerin-based restorative soap for cleaning and restoring natural leather such as footwear, furniture, leather goods or car upholstery.
The soap effectively opens the pores of the leather and allows to remove all the dirt accumulated during daily use, as well as deposits caused by weather conditions.
Before using it for the first time, test it on an invisible piece of leather. Do not use for suede leather and nubuck leather.
The kit includes a sponge to apply the product.

The product cleaned my leather Converse shoes well and the shoes did not come apart during washing. I also renovated belt straps, knife sheaths, and a leather phone case – everything looks fresh. After washing, I protected the leather with grease for smooth leathers, which gave them a deeper colour and an even better appearance than after cleaning alone.
