Hat Pentagon Jungle Hat - Wolf Grey

After two years of intensive use I can say with full confidence that the hat performs excellently. I had similar products from other brands, but Pentagon turned out to be definitely the best.

This boonie hat is very practical and inexpensive. It is very comfortable and lightweight, features a MOLLE attachment option and a small pocket at the back above the flap. The adjustment is standard, but the hat is very comfortable to wear.

Purchased for a trip to Namibia together with trousers from the same company and in the same camouflage pattern. Made solidly from durable material. It was comfortable to wear, but I missed a stiffer brim. However, this is a matter of my personal preference, not the hat itself.

The hat is well made, perfect for both kayaking trips and airsoft. The material provides good ventilation, so your head doesn't overheat. However, I'm still wondering about the purpose of the Velcro on the top of the hat ;)

I bought the hat out of pure curiosity, as I usually use a hat from another popular brand, which often made my scalp sweat during hot weather. I bought the hat for hot weather and I have to admit that it is really good. I recommend it for people who, like me, do not feel comfortable in baseball caps. I have a large head and thick hair, and this hat still turned out to be a bit too big, which positively surprised me.

Very comfortable and well cut, it is perfect for hot, summer days. Solid stitching. After folding and putting it back on, it retains its shape. I also use it in the rain – it lasts about half an hour before it starts letting water through, so it's worth waterproofing. I recommend it!
