It's a bigger, thicker and more solid bread knife. Instead of slicing gently, it rather tears apart or bites into the bread roll due to the larger teeth – it all depends on your preferences. In the photos the knife looks a bit dirty, because I used it for cutting, spreading and making coffee.

A folding kitchen knife dedicated to cutting all kinds of bread. Sheepsfoot profile head was made of stainless steel AUS-8, characterized by strength and resistance to wear and corrosion.
.The headstock is finished with a satin coating. The contoured handle is made of fiberglass-reinforced nylon. In addition, a non-slip texture on the handle increases grip stability. In the open position, the head is locked with a Back Lock. The cutout on the head makes it easier to open the knife.
