The brilliant opening method makes it easy to access every corner of the backpack's interior. The quality of craftsmanship and materials used are excellent. The backpack is extremely comfortable to wear. I definitely recommend it.
Mystery Ranch 2 Day Assault Backpack 27 l - DPM Camo - L/XL
Backpack with a capacity of 27 litres in DPM Camo camouflage, made of durable 500D Cordura material, resistant to mechanical damage. It is equipped with MOLLE system webbing and robust zips of the renowned YKK brand. The L/XL size carrying system is designed for users with a torso length (measured from the lower neck to the lumbar) of 43 - 61 cm and a waist circumference of 89 - 102 cm.
main compartment with 3-zip system, numerous pockets and laptop compartment
The model is equipped with a spacious main compartment, access to which is provided by the 3-Zip system. The special arrangement of the zips makes it possible to fully open the backpack, which makes it easier to take out the equipment. Inside, there is a fastening loop and four pockets (two mesh with zips and two open) for easy sorting of carried contents. On the back wall there is a compartment for a laptop or tablet (with a screen size not exceeding 15 inches), which can be accessed through a special opening on the back.
In addition, the backpack features zipped flap pockets, as well as two open side pockets, which will work well for transporting a bottle or drink bottle. All zips are equipped with straps that make them easy to unzip and fasten, even with tactical gloves.
MOLLE system webbing, compression straps and velcro
Numerous tapes of the MOLLE system allow expanding the backpack with additional pockets or pouches. Compression straps with buckles can be used to adjust its volume or to attach more equipment. Velcro located on the top allows to attach any patch or emblem.
ergonomic shoulder straps, breathable mesh and carrying handle
Ergonomically shaped shoulder straps and adjustable (hip and chest) straps allow for optimal adjustment of the backpack to the figure and are responsible for high comfort and stability during hiking. Both the shoulder straps and the back area are covered with mesh for very good air circulation. On the top there is a practical carrying handle, which makes it easy to lift and carry the backpack.

Camouflage DPM - Disruptive Pattern Material
DPM (Disruptive Pattern Material) is a classic British military camouflage pattern that dates back to World War II, with the official design developed in the 1960s. Despite its age, the DPM remained the main camouflage pattern of the British Armed Forces until 2016, and is still used today in some units and by cadets. The camouflage is characterised by large, irregular patches in shades of green, brown, beige and black, which effectively deform the silhouette and provide good camouflage in forested and wooded temperate conditions - especially in spring and summer. The pattern has subtly evolved over the decades, as evidenced by modifications to the colours and shapes of the spots.

The rucksack is very practical and fits a lot of things. Many compartments and pockets allow for good organisation. The only downside is the lack of ventilation on the back, which makes it easy to get sweaty.

A solid rucksack with a very comfortable design. The quality of workmanship is excellent; I have yet to come across a better model. It's no wonder that professionals around the world use it.

I've had this backpack for several years and it's worth noting that this is the civilian version, not the military one – that's quite important with this model. You also need to remember to adjust the size of the straps to your own needs. If nothing has changed, the manufacturer generally ignores our market – it's not possible to buy a hip belt or the straps separately. The backpack isn't made in the USA and you can feel it in the quality – the back padding wears out quickly and the zip on the top flap often catches on the material when closing quickly. Nevertheless, it's a very good backpack and will be more than enough for most people. Personally, however, I prefer the LEAF models from Arc'teryx.
