I chose the grey version as a complement to the 65-litre model. The backpack is great, with a very well-thought-out pocket layout. The colour matches the picture – it's a stylish shade of grey. I mention the colour because someone has already raised this in the comments. I definitely recommend it as an everyday backpack.
Mil-Tec Assault Pack Laser Cut Large 36 l Backpack - Phantomleaf WASP I Z1B
Tactical backpack with a capacity of 36 liters, made of durable polyester resistant to abrasions. The internal PVC coating provides effective protection against moisture, making it perfect for tactical, survival, and everyday use.
Instead of classic PALS webbing sewn onto the material, the modern Laser-Cut-Loop-System is used – laminated polyester with precisely laser-cut openings, compatible with the MOLLE/PALS standard. This solution allows for convenient attachment of additional gear.
Two compartments and a hydration system pocket
Carrying equipment is facilitated by 2 spacious compartments closed with two-way zippers. Ergonomic zipper pulls enable easy operation, even with gloves. The wide opening of the compartments provides easy access to contents, while internal dividers allow for organized gear arrangement.
Additional accessories can be stored in 2 front pockets. The upper pocket features a velcro panel for attaching patches and identifiers, while the lower, larger pocket contains an organizer for small items. A hidden velcro-closed pocket on the back can be used for storing a hydration system or securing valuable items.
Comfortable carrying system with a detachable hip belt
The back panel is made of soft, profiled EVA foam, covered with breathable mesh to increase comfort. Adjustable 5 cm wide shoulder straps are equipped with vertical mounting straps, D-rings for attaching additional gear, and a detachable hip belt. Compression straps with buckles on the sides and bottom of the backpack allow for adjusting its size to the contents.
Under the laser-cut mounting system, there are two narrow, elongated pockets offering additional space for accessories. A sturdy carry handle is placed at the top of the backpack.
Phantomleaf camouflage
WASP I is an innovative line of PHANTOMLEAF® CIV-TEC® camouflage patterns designed specifically for MIL-TEC®. PHANTOMLEAF® camouflage patterns are created through advanced digital image analysis of the terrain in which the variant is designed to provide camouflage. The algorithm used also takes motion and other variables into account, making the patterns well adaptive over a wide range of conditions. At the same time, PHANTOMLEAF® camouflages are distinctive enough to guarantee good identification of "friend or foe" within a group of soldiers on the battlefield or during an ASG game.
The WASP I Z1B variant will work best in rocky areas with low vegetation cover, such as tundra or parts of mountains above the tree line. It will also find use in those cities and industrial sites where concrete and steel structures predominate. It also retains its effectiveness with partial snow cover.

Laser-Cut-Loop-System is a system of laser-cut holes and loops directly on materials used in tactical accessories, hiking gear or clothing. It increases the modularity and customizability of equipment, and allows for simple and stable attachment of additional equipment and accessories (e.g. in the MOLLE system), without the need for additional fasteners.

The package arrived exceptionally quickly – I placed the order on Saturday afternoon and it was already with me on Sunday morning. The backpack is very well made and matches the description. It is very comfortable to use. I recommend it to anyone who needs a durable, spacious backpack at a reasonable price.
-
The backpack is very spacious and well-made, everything fits inside. There is a fastener at the front, and its size can be adjusted with straps. There are many pockets inside and outside. I recommend this product.
-
The backpack is solid and functional, with lots of pockets for storing equipment. The durable material protects well against moisture and abrasions. It is comfortable to wear even when fully loaded.
-
The backpack is solidly made, very spacious, has many pockets, and the adjustment and fitting are very simple. Definitely worth recommending both for long journeys and shorter trips.
-
This is my second one and I'm still just as satisfied with the value for money. Between the first and this one, I tried Pentagon and Tasmanian, and in terms of sturdiness, they are no better, so I recommend this.
-
Very good backpack. It is durable, spacious and fits well. Plenty of pockets is a big advantage. The quality to price ratio is excellent. I definitely recommend it.
-
Whether for sports or outdoor activities, this is top. Everything fits in, and if it gets tight, you can attach additional pouches on the front, sides, and everywhere else using the MOLLE system. Highly recommended.
-
The backpack is great and well designed. The compartments inside help to keep things organised, and the small Velcro strips on the straps mean that when you shorten the straps, they don’t dangle and everything looks tidy. It may seem like a small detail, but for me it makes a big difference.

After 7 months of use, the material on the bottom has worn through. The backpack has never been on the floor or a rough surface... Poor finishing on the edges.

I bought this Mil-Tec Assault Pack Large 36L with the intention of using it for day trips to the mountains and as an everyday work backpack. I confidently recommend it to others – it is of great quality and very spacious.
-
Quite decent, although in my opinion it's a bit heavy when empty. The ventilation of the straps and the back mesh could be better. As for the size, it works great for a one-day trip.
-
I was hesitant to buy, but the backpack turned out to be very solid. It is spacious and carefully sewn. Since I’ve only had it for a short time, I’ll assess the durability later, but based on its appearance, I can recommend it during promotions.

I received my backpack quickly. The bag is spacious. It has several large pockets and several smaller ones. It's possible to attach various accessories thanks to the designated attachment points. I can secure it to myself with the wide and long straps. It weighs 1 kg when empty; you notice the weight but it doesn't bother me. Very practical. I'm happy with my purchase.

A decent backpack for "everyday use and trips." 36 litres is more than enough: clothes, water, food, small tools all fit in, and there is still space left. The compartments are convenient – it's not just one big sack, you can organise everything in the pockets and don't have to dig for 5 minutes. It's comfortable to carry, but there's a nuance: if you pack it heavily and don't tighten the straps and chest belt properly, it starts to pull on your shoulders, and the backpack wobbles a bit. The black one looks great but attracts dust/lint quickly, which is quite noticeable. The zips and fabric feel normal, but I wouldn't pull them hard when the backpack is stuffed to the brim – they'll last longer that way. Overall, for its price, it's very reasonable, especially if you need a spacious and simple bag with no surprises.
