The biggest plus is that it wicks moisture well: when you're sweating and then stop, you don't get that “cold, wet compress” feeling on your back. Feels pleasant on the body, the seams don't rub if you choose the right size without "squeezing". A nuance: this is specifically an active-thermal layer, not a “heater”. If you're standing still, you won't feel much warmth—it's meant to work together with a fleece/insulation layer on top. It's best to wash it gently and avoid drying it on a hot radiator, as synthetic material can lose its shape faster. The long johns are warm, comfortable and fit well – size M suits my height of 174 cm and weight of 76 kg. The material is fine, but the seams are weak – after one day and four hours of wearing, a seam on the outside of the calf came undone. I haven't tested the upper part yet.

I used it during activities on cooler days and was pleasantly surprised by the wearing comfort. The material fits the body well, does not restrict movement, and quickly wicks away moisture, so the skin stays dry. Even during more intensive effort there is no feeling of overheating or discomfort. After several washes it did not lose its shape or elasticity. Quick drying is another plus. The downside might be that in very low temperatures it requires an additional layer, but as a base it works very well.

After unpacking, I noticed that the product had a hole – it was immediately visible. The material is extremely unpleasant to the touch, and the seams are so poorly sewn that you can feel them on your skin, which causes significant discomfort while wearing it. The quality of the product is really terrible. I regret buying it. Honestly, long johns bought at the market for 20 zł would have been better.
