The pouch works flawlessly. Taking out the tourniquet is quick and comfortable, and nothing hinders access. The material looks sturdy, does not pill, and withstands continuous use well. The fastening velcro holds firmly on the belt, does not move, nor loosen.

Medical pouch designed to conveniently carry tactical stasis - CAT type hemostatic tourniquet. It is made of abrasion-resistant and tear-resistant Cordura 500D.
The stasis mount is made of a wide elastic band. Thanks to Texcel's Velcro fastener, the stasis is secured from falling out, but also it can be quickly removed. Next to the main pocket there is a smaller one, designed to hold a marker.
The pouch is attached with a double-sided velcro (Velcro) panel adapted to be fixed on the edge of the front panel of the tactical vest. This solution ensures that the stasis will always be within easy reach, while not occupying mounting locations on the vest.

The pouch attached to the belt holds the CAT gen.7 tourniquet well – there's no risk of it falling out. Removing the tourniquet is smooth. The quality of workmanship is good, nothing frays and everything works as it should. Well worth recommending at this price.

Great quality for this price. Cordura material, careful stitching, strong hook-and-loop fastener. A very practical accessory, it can be used with a belt, a vest, or attached to other equipment.
-
I am very satisfied with this pouch; I mounted it at the front right of my tactical belt. The CAT7 tourniquet fits without any problem, although it sticks out a little, which is actually an advantage in emergencies because it can be pulled out quickly and easily.
-
For me, the pouch just closed with a very tight fit. Despite this, it’s an excellent product with extra space for a pen or chemlight. It's a pity that it can only be opened from one side.
-
Nice pouch, really well made. Big plus for the sturdy hook-and-loop fastener, which can be attached both to a vest and – as I do – to a first aid kit in the car.
-
In my opinion, Velcro pouches mounted on a belt are currently the most practical way to store equipment – they save space and keep your gear within easy reach, both for yourself and your team members. However, priorities on your belt and vest should be tailored to individual needs.

I bought this pouch as an addition to my RM vest. It attaches well with velcro, the pocket for the tourniquet is not too tight, although the CAT7 tourniquet doesn't fit completely – it sticks out slightly, but it's well secured from above. The elastic band for the marker is a bit tight, but it might stretch over time. I recommend it.

The pouch for the tourniquet easily accommodates various types of tourniquets, not just the one described, i.e. the third generation. The velcro used in the pouch is extremely strong, so undoing it requires a lot of force and it certainly won’t come loose by itself. The camouflage is made from genuine contract multicam material, which is why I give it five stars.
