Medical pouch made of Cordura, designed to conveniently carry a tactical stasis - CAT type hemostatic tourniquet. Thanks to the Velcro fastener you can quickly remove the stasis inside it.
The inner walls of the loader are made of nylon calico tape. An elestic marker tape was sewn on the side to mark the time of putting on the band.
The pouch attaches using the MOLLE system, so it can be attached to a tactical vest or belt.
