Shoelaces costing 25 PLN and made in Italy raised my expectations for their quality and sturdiness. However, LOWA shoelaces are quite thin (they have almost no internal filling under the braid) and they seem delicate. Additionally, they do not protect well against absorbing water. As I use AKU and Dolomite shoes daily, I have a reference point for the quality of shoelaces from other Italian brands, which are more solid.

They are long, made from durable material. I've been using them for three months and apart from becoming a bit looser and less elastic, there are no significant signs of wear.

The shoelaces are durable; after intensive use, there are still no signs of wear. The length is suitable for ankle boots. The colour also goes well with brown or coyote shade footwear.
