Great trail running shoes – they are lightweight, comfortable and solidly finished. They provide excellent cushioning and good energy return thanks to a special plate in the sole. This is another pair of LOWA shoes I’ve bought and certainly won’t be my last.

Lowa Fortux GTX Tactical Shoes - Black
Black sports shoes, equipped with GORE-TEX Invisible Fit membrane with high breathability. Made of lightweight, flexible and durable material. Jacquard fabric upper, GORE-TEX Invisible Fit membrane
The upper is made of a lightweight, flexible and dirt-resistant microfibre jacquard fabric with quick-drying properties. The Fortux GTX model uses a state-of-the-art Gore-Tex Invisible Fit membrane, which guarantees waterproofing, effective moisture wicking and excellent breathability.
Lowa Trac C sole and midsole
The LOWA TRAC C sole, made of a special rubber compound, offers cushioning, high grip and abrasion resistance. It provides stability on varied terrain such as rocks, mud or snow, and the pronounced tread further enhances grip during activity.
The Lowa DYNEVA midsole created from a lightweight and durable material effectively absorbs shock, reducing foot fatigue. Its flexibility and stability contribute to better control and grip on a variety of surfaces.
ATR insole, 6 mm drop
The ATR insole stands out for its excellent cushioning, flexibility and high abrasion resistance. It also provides solid support for the foot, improves breathability, stability and effectively reduces sweating and fatigue. In addition, it supports shock absorption during walking, which translates into greater comfort during long-term use.
The drop (the difference in height of the sole between the heel and the metatarsal) is 6 mm and directly influences the way the foot is placed on the ground. The low drop results in a more natural positioning of the foot and provides additional support for the heel and ankle joint.
Lacing system
The shoe has laces that are woven through sturdy grommets for quick lacing. There are loops at the back for easy on and off.

Hello! LOWA is true love ;-) I bought another pair of shoes from this company, this time without the GTX membrane, and it was an excellent choice. The shoes are exceptionally light, incredibly comfortable, and their quality and practicality are top-notch. You can choose the same size as Zephyr. I recommend them to everyone—they're worth every penny.

Hello! So far, I have used Lowa Zephyr shoes, both the GTX models and those without a membrane. If it was possible to come up with something better, Lowa would definitely have already done it. I decided to see how the brand's urban and sports shoes perform, and I must admit – they are amazing, as always with Lowa. Every penny spent is worth it, they are lightweight, durable, and suitable for any weather. I definitely recommend them. I chose the same size as for the Zephyr, and it was perfect. No surprises. Lowa – I just love them.

Hello! Lowa shoes do not need advertising. I have been wearing Lowa Zephyr GTX models for years. No other manufacturer has created anything better in the world. Every penny spent on these shoes is a great investment, not an expense. These sport models are just as excellent as the Zephyr – it really is money well spent.
