Professional rope dedicated to the training of rope climbing. The large diameter of the strand provides a secure and strong grip when performing exercises. The construction is based on durable artificial plastics, which do not fray during use, are resistant to weather conditions, and do not absorb sweat like ropes made of natural fibers. The rope is terminated on one end with heat-shrinkable plastic, which prevents the rope from unraveling. The other end is equipped with a special hook, allowing the rope to be hooked in many places.
Exercises performed with the rope stimulate most of the upper body muscle groups, including mainly the muscles of the arms, back and body. While climbing, we simultaneously work on strength, endurance, as well as coordination while engaging all the upper muscles of our body.
