The chrome-plated straight bars with screw clamps have been equipped with threaded ends, allowing easy and quick weight changes during exercise. The locking nuts have been accurately fitted to the surface of the weight plates and ensure that the plates sit securely and stably on the bar. Grooving has been placed on the grip section to improve grip.
