Helikon-Tex UTS Flex 11'' PolyCotton Rip-Stop Shorts - Hellenic

Unfortunately, this is my first negative review of UTS shorts. The changes that were supposed to be improvements turned out to be just a way to cut costs (at a higher price!). I always order the same size, hoping for more room thanks to the elastic inserts, but that didn't happen. The side pockets are too narrow – I can barely fit my hand in size L. The bigger size, XL, is not an option because the shorts would then be too large and uncomfortable. Inside the pockets, cost-cutting solutions – mesh even in the cargo pockets. Really? Probably so that your phone sweats near your leg. I hope this is only a problem with this model, which I won't buy again, and not a general decline in quality.

Hello. The trousers are very comfortable and practical. Durable material, lots of spacious pockets. The sizing is appropriate, and the Velcro waist adjustment works perfectly. Once again I chose Helikon trousers – really excellent quality.

I rarely give top ratings, but these shorts really deserve it. They were my first combat shorts, I chose the shorter variant UTS Flex 8.5'' NyCo Rip-Stop - MultiCam. I am delighted. It's worth spending the money; today I probably wouldn’t choose another style.

The trousers look elegant, are comfortable, airy and have a clear pocket layout. The Legion Forest camouflage will work best at the beginning of spring. The sizing is well described.

I have been using Helikon UTP long trousers for years and regularly buy the shorter UTS version for summer. This time I found the rarely seen Legion Forest camouflage in a great promotion, which convinced me even more to buy. The shorts in size M fit perfectly for a person 176 cm tall and with a waist of 86 cm. Proven product, very durable, I recommend it to those who are undecided. I am waiting for more camouflage versions.

Very nice shorts. In my opinion, the Velcro fastening is a great solution. They have lots of airy pockets and compartments. The material is durable, and after a year of use they still look like new. I definitely recommend them.

Very comfortable shorts with lots of pockets. I tested them in demanding mountain terrain during a long hike and have no complaints. However, it’s important to choose the right size – I only managed on the second attempt :)

The only downside for people who train their legs – I have L hips and XL thighs, and that’s where the problems start, as the shorts are quite narrow in the legs and cling to the thighs a bit. I’ve already got used to it and the material gives a bit over time, but at first I was considering returning them and ordering a size XL. Maybe I’ll try XL next time.
