Shirt in green colour made from a blend of durable nylon, polyester and quick-drying, elastic Sorona fibres. Suitable for both everyday wear and outdoor activities. The loose fit harmonises with anatomical movements, as well as a low-profile ballistic vest or an IWB (Inside the Waistband) holster.
High-quality fabric with UV protection, MBDU fit
The material used for the shirt with a grammage of 146 g/m2 is quick-drying and features moisture-wicking ability and antibacterial properties, which helps maintain a feeling of dryness and comfort during wear. The addition of DuPont Sorona fibres makes the fabric of the shirt help prevent unpleasant odours, especially during hikes on hot days. The loose fit ensures full freedom of movement. The ultraviolet protection factor (UPF) for the Defender Mk2 shirt is >50, providing 98% UV protection.
4 practical pockets
The shirt is equipped with four pockets located at chest height:
- Two main ones with flaps fastened with velcro, accessed from the top
- Two Napoleon pockets behind the main ones, closed with a light and durable YKK zip
Button closure, adjustable cuffs
Canadian buttons fasten the shirt, and the adjustable cuffs make it easier to fit to the figure. A loop is sewn into the button placket, on which glasses can be hung. A small stiffening at the front under the collar prevents it from rolling.
