Magnesium + Zinc + B6 Essensey 120 capsules - food supplement

Dietary supplement in the form of capsules containing an effective dose of highly absorbable magnesium and zinc, enriched with vitamin B6. Magnesium significantly contributes to the proper maintenance of energy metabolism, as well as helps in the proper functioning of muscles and protein synthesis. Zinc, on the other hand, has been shown to influence the proper maintenance of testosterone levels in the blood. Vitamin B6, in turn, is responsible for maintaining proper protein and glycogen metabolism, and contributes to the regulation of hormonal activity.

Recommended daily dose: 2 capsules daily with a meal, drinking plenty of water. Do not exceed the portion recommended for consumption during the day. The dietary supplement should not be used as a substitute for a varied diet. A balanced diet and healthy lifestyle are recommended.

Ingredients: magnesium (magnesium salts of citric acid, magnesium oxide) - 77%, capsule shell (glazing agent - hydroxypropylmethylcellulose), zinc (zinc gluconate) - 7%, anti-caking agent (magnesium salts of fatty acids), vitamin B6 (pyridoxine hydrochloride) - 0,3%.
