The goggles are of good quality. Over time, they may fog up, but I use antifog. The nose pads are rather brittle and easy to damage, as happened to me. Apart from that, everything is fine.
ESS Crossbow Suppressor tactical glasses - 2X Kit
Crossbow ballistic glasses from the Cross-Series product line. Equipped with scratch-resistant, easy-to-exchange ballistic visors. 2LS Set includes two visors: one clear in Clear shade and the other tinted in Smoke Gray. The design is engineered to provide maximum ballistic protection while ensuring high comfort during prolonged use with hearing protectors and communication systems.
visors made of durable polycarbonate, anti-fog protection
Visors made of 2.4 mm thick polycarbonate in colours Clear and Smoke Gray offer visible light transmission of 90% and 15% and 100% protection against UVA/UVB radiation. The ClearZone FlowCoat technology protects the external surface of the visor from scratches and the internal from fogging. The ESS Optic technology eliminates image distortion across the entire visor surface, allowing the user to maintain natural environmental perception and full visual sharpness. The integrated DedBolt system enables quick and hassle-free visor exchange without tools, allowing easy adjustment of the glasses to current lighting conditions.
frames compatible with hearing protectors, Z-Bend technology
Frames with Z-Bend technology, making them adaptable to work with hearing protectors. Practical temples allow for the mounting of a flexible strap securing the glasses from falling and facilitating everyday transport. Compatibility with corrective inserts U-RX, P-2B, and Vice. An additional advantage is the interchangeable nosepiece made of composite and silicone, enhancing comfort.
protective standards
The glasses meet the following protective standards:
- American civilian standard ANSI Z87.1 - 2015
- U.S. Army standard MIL SPEC MIL-PRF-32432A
- CE quality mark, compliant with European standards EN 166:2001, EN 170, and EN 172
- frames compliant with European standard CE EN 166 FT
- visor compliant with European standard CE 2-2.1 FT K N
- compliance with US Federal OSHA.

The use of ClearZone FlowCoat technology protects the outside of the visor from scratching and the inside from fogging.
Frames made with Z-Bend technology are flexible to accommodate hearing protectors. They provide comfort and stability for use in conditions requiring the use of both accessories.
DedBolt snap-in system allows for easy and very quick replacement of the visor - it is mounted by means of contoured notches on its edges and a hole in the center of the glasses.
ESS Optics is a standard used in visors that prevents image distortion and provides 100% UVA and UVB protection.
EN166 is a European standard for optical requirements and mechanical protection for glasses and goggles. Optical requirements include light transmission and diffusion, refractive properties, heat and UV resistance, corrosion and ignition. Mechanical protection is the resistance to object impact, within which there are 4 levels designated by the letters S, F, B and A, where S is the least protection and A is the highest.
EN172 European standard specifying markings and transmittance and corresponding test methods for sunscreens that protect against solar glare.
Z87.1 standard developed by the American National Standards Institute (ANSI) for the durability of eye protectors. The standard includes two types of tests (3 tests) for the impact resistance of the lens and the stability of its seating in the frame: resistance to High Mass and High Velocity objects.
EN170 standard specifies protection levels and transmittance requirements for UV protection filters. Protective glasses complying with this standard provide the necessary protection against excessive ultraviolet radiation, which can lead to loss of visual clarity and deterioration of vision.
