A set containing 3 packs of energy jelly with an orange flavour, each weighing 45 g. The jellies feature a high carbohydrate content and added vitamin B1. Thanks to the presence of isomaltulose, they have a low glycemic index, which allows for a gradual increase in blood glucose levels and helps avoid a sudden drop just before exertion.

method of use
Recommendations for use of Enervit Pre Sport jellies (2 x 45 g):
- 1–2 hours before intense and prolonged physical exertion
- for endurance sports (running, cycling, MTB): from 2 hours to 30 minutes before starting the activity
- for team sports (e.g., football): from 1 hour to 30 minutes before training or match
