Some time ago I bought this product, put it in my backpack and almost forgot about it because it is lightweight and doesn't take up much space. The gels proved to be very helpful when our activities ran late and we had to spend the night in the forest. I definitely recommend it.

Unfortunately, they don't give as much energy as other products. However, with moderate physical activity, they work very well. As for the taste, it's quite okay.
