Competition Bar is an orange-flavored carbohydrate bar that can be a replacement for energy gels. Thanks to its solid form, the presence of rice flakes and oat flakes keep you feeling satiated for longer than standard liquid carbohydrate products.

It features a low glycemic index. The bar is a source of fast energy required during endurance sports. Very low protein and fat content accelerates the rise in blood glucose levels, which protects muscle glycogen during exercise and allows for quick recovery after physical activity.

Application: 1-2 bars during endurance and ultra-endurance activities. Consume with an appropriate amount of water.
