The Spitfire Plate Carrier model is crafted from laser-cut laminate, abrasion-resistant 500D Cordura, and softshell. The vest's construction guarantees full freedom of movement, and its modularity allows for adaptation to user requirements.

The use of durable and flexible Hypalon handles allows for quick and easy vest adjustment. These handles also provide easy medical access during first aid and are resistant to abrasion, tearing, and extreme temperatures. The vest's construction allows for secure cable management at the plate pockets and Cummerbund. The front flap can be attached directly to the vest or using Chest Rig type buckles (system compatible with Mayflower/Velocity, HSP, and others), with an option to use the vest without the flap. The interchangeable Cummerbund has a side plate compartment. The rear panel is compatible with the Crye Precision AVS system via zippers. Additionally, the vest is equipped with a reinforced evacuation handle.

The vest's surface is covered with Laser-Cut technology holes that are compatible with MOLLE equipment. This allows for the customization of equipment arrangement, such as pouches, containers, or pockets. At chest height, there is a zippered pocket with a Velcro (hook and loop) panel for attaching selected patches or emblems.

Woodland, also known as US Woodland or M81, is a classic camouflage pattern introduced to the US Armed Forces in the early 1980s, based on the earlier ERDL camouflage. For over two decades, it remained the standard pattern used by the US Army until the end of the first decade of the 21st century. It is characterised by large, irregular patches in shades of green, brown, beige, and black, providing good camouflaging and distortion properties, particularly in woodland areas. Due to its effectiveness and global recognition, it has seen numerous variations adopted by over 60 uniformed formations worldwide. This pattern has also significantly influenced pop culture, transitioning from military applications to everyday fashion.
