Light and durable Spitfire Plate Carrier tactical vest in Ranger Green shade. Built from laser-cut laminate, highly durable 500D Cordura, and softshell. The vest design ensures full freedom of movement, and its modularity allows for customisation to suit the individual needs of the user.
High-strength Cordura 500D
The Spitfire Plate Carrier model is constructed from laser-cut laminate, abrasion-resistant 500D Cordura, and softshell. The vest's construction allows for full freedom of movement, and its modularity enables optimum fit for the user.
Durable construction, hypalon handles
The use of durable and flexible hypalon handles makes adjusting the vest quick and easy. These handles also provide quick medical access if first aid is required, and are resistant to abrasion, tearing, and extreme temperatures. The vest design allows for secure cable management at the plate pockets and the Cummerbund. The front flap can be directly attached to the vest or via Chest Rig buckles (system compatible with Mayflower/Velocity, HSP, and others), and there is also the option to use the vest without the flap. The interchangeable Cummerbund has a compartment for side plates. The rear panel is compatible with the Crye Precision AVS system thanks to zippers. The vest is equipped with a reinforced evacuation handle.
Laser-cut system, velcro panel
The surface of the vest is covered with holes finished in Laser-Cut technology, compatible with MOLLE equipment. This allows for flexible configuration of gear elements such as pouches, containers, and pockets. At chest height, there is a zippered pocket with a Velcro panel, which allows for attaching selected patches or emblems.

Laser Cut System
LCS (Laser Cut System) is a new version of the assembly used in the MOLLE system, where instead of traditional tapes, laser-cut holes are used directly in the material. The system is much lighter than standard sewn-on PALS tapes and guarantees better camouflage. The holes are hemmed with thread to prevent fuzzing and ripping, or, as in the case of Cordura, the laser-cut edges are fused.

This was one of the last items I needed to complete my set. The vest is very comfortable and sturdy. The only drawback is the lack of a quick-release cord, but apart from that it works excellently – I rate it 10/10.

It's a bit small, it doesn't cover the belly button or kidneys, but I suppose that's how it's meant to be. Apart from that, it's easy to put on and take off, and it's very lightweight.

There’s no need to advertise the quality of Direct Action equipment – it’s one of the best brands in this price range. The vest is comfortable, and the material on the inside deals with heat much better than typical mesh or foam. The adjustment system is quick and easy, and the ballistic plates stay firmly in place. I highly recommend it.
