Deuter Orbit -5 Extra Long Sleeping Bag - Chestnut/Ink
A solid sleeping bag in Chestnut/Ink colours, with a mummy shape, offering a comfortable fit and freedom of movement while sleeping. Made from high-quality polyester with a Rip-Stop weave, with a durable outer layer and synthetic High Loft Hollowfibre filling.
Temperatures and usage conditions
Sleeping bag usage temperatures Orbit specified in compliance with EN 13537 standard:
- T-comfort: 1 deg. C - the lowest temperature at which a woman can comfortably sleep through the night,
- T-limit: -5 deg. C - the minimum temperature at which a man can sleep through the night without discomfort,
- T-extreme: -23 deg. C - the lowest temperature at which survival in the sleeping bag is possible. This is not a recommended value for standard use.
polyester with Rip-Stop weave, polyester lining
The outer layer is made from durable 50D polyester, sourced from recycling, reinforced with a Rip-Stop weave, providing protection against abrasions and mechanical damage, reducing the risk of further tears. Inside, there's a lining made of 75D polyester and a small pocket for small items.
High Loft Hollowfibre filling
The Orbit model is filled with synthetic High Loft Hollowfibre fleece, providing excellent thermal insulation and flexibility. The 360 Fill technology distributes the insulation evenly, ensuring optimal insulating effects.
Left-side zip
The sleeping bag is equipped with a double-sided zipper located on the left side, secured with a velcro flap. An insulating strip along the entire length of the zipper limits heat loss and prevents material jamming.
Integrated hood protecting against cold
The built-in anatomical hood provides better protection, envelops the head, and prevents heat loss in low temperatures. The hood shape also protects against wind and moisture.
Ergofoot zone
The lower part of the sleeping bag features a special Ergofoot zone, allowing for a relaxed foot position when sleeping on your back.
Comfortable transport and storage
The model is easy to transport and store. Once folded and compressed, its dimensions are 28 x 48 cm, and it weighs 1850 g, making it easy to carry without burdening your luggage.
