I used it to insulate a lower-quality jacket, even at lower temperatures. The fleece performed very well. I've been wearing it often for a few months and I'm satisfied. The stitching is solid and the material is good. The sizing matches the description (Columbia has never let me down in this regard). If I had to buy it at the price from other shops, I might have hesitated, but at the reduced price here it was definitely worth it.

A lightweight, warm fleece sweatshirt with a zipper. Made of polyester with Omni-Wick technology. The system is responsible for the effective wicking of sweat to the outer layers of the garment. As a result, the fabric does not soak up moisture, dries quickly and provides comfort during physical activity.
The sweatshirt is an effective warming layer. It will work well as a middle layer in combination with a jacket or softshell, and on warmer days it can be worn as a stand-alone garment.
