A lightweight fixed blade kitchen knife. The main part of the blade features a Drop-Point profile, finished with a flat grind and subjected to cryogenic treatment to enhance its hardness and impact resistance. The handle is made from Zy-Ex material.

Zy-Ex material handle

The ergonomically designed handle with a non-slip surface is made from durable Zy-Ex material and additionally coated with Kray-Ex material, which is food safe. The lower part of the grip has a contour with a notch for the index finger, preventing the hand from slipping onto the blade.

I give it four stars for a rather simple reason. The knife is really good, it arrived very sharp, but I have one reservation. The handle could be at least 2 centimetres longer, then it would be much more comfortable to use.
