Zy-Ex material handle

The ergonomically designed handle with a non-slip surface is made from durable Zy-Ex material and additionally covered with Kray-Ex material, which is food-safe. The lower part of the grip is shaped with a notch for the index finger, preventing the hand from slipping onto the blade.

I give four stars for a fairly simple reason. The knife is really good and arrived very sharp, but I have one reservation. The handle could be at least 2 centimeters longer, which would make using it much more comfortable.
