Kitchen knife from the Kitchen Classics series with universal use. The Drop-Point profile blade is made of German 4116 Cryo Quenched stainless steel.
The blade was derived with a flat grind and cryogenically treated, which allows for greater hardness and impact strength of the steel. The knife edge is easy to sharpen and retains good cutting properties for a long time.
The ergonomically shaped handle is made of hard Zy-Ex plastic and covered with food-safe Kray-Ex material with a non-slip texture.
