Featuring a flat grind and cryogenically treated blade, it offers increased hardness and impact resistance. The knife edge is easy to sharpen, maintaining excellent cutting properties over time.
Its ergonomically designed handle is constructed from durable Zy-Ex plastic and coated with food-safe, non-slip Kray-Ex material.
