Bushnell Bone Collector 1800 Laser Rangefinder 6x25 - Brown/Grey
This compact device features a laser rangefinder with 6x magnification and an objective diameter of 25 mm. It provides precise distance measurement with an accuracy of 1 metre up to a distance of 1646 metres (1800 yards).
Durable material, anti-slip surface
The body of the rangefinder is made of durable plastic covered with an anti-slip coating. This provides protection for the optics against mechanical damage and ensures a comfortable, secure grip. There is an aperture at the back of the housing, allowing for the threading of a safety cord.
ARC technology, Bluetooth
The device offers distance measurement in metres and yards, and the unit change is done with a single button on the housing. On the eyepiece, there is a knob that allows for focus adjustment. The ARC (Angle Range Compensation) technology enables the measurement of the target's angle of inclination with an accuracy of +/- 1 degree, while the Scan Mode function updates the measurement 4 times per second.
Switching between work modes is possible via the Bushnell Ballistic app, compatible with Android and iOS systems. The rangefinder has a built-in Bluetooth function, allowing it to connect with an app on a smartphone or tablet, enabling data transfer and settings customisation.
Work modes
The rangefinder offers 3 targeting modes:
- The Normal mode is designed for standard measurements in the range of 5 to 1646 metres; automatic scanning allows for real-time distance updates when locating multiple targets.
- The Bullseye mode facilitates targeting of small objects, eliminating accidental measurements to background objects; in the case of multiple targets, the distance to the closest is displayed.
- The Brush mode ignores foreground obstacles like grass, bushes, or leaves, allowing for precise detection of smaller objects nearby.
FMC and EXO Barrier coatings, IPX4 sealing class
The wide objective lens with an FMC (Fully Multi-Coated) coating and sixfold magnification ensure brightness and high image quality. Additionally, the EXO Barrier Protection coating on the external lenses fills microscopic pores, creating a smooth surface that repels water, oil, and dust.
Rangefinder powered by a single CR2 3V battery screwed into a metal chamber. The device meets the IPX4 waterproofing criteria and can be used in the rain.
