I needed a belt for around 5 kg of equipment that I could wear under dynamic conditions, and the buckle on this belt just isn't high quality enough to withstand that. The buckle isn't completely rigid, and if you press one of the two release clips, the buckle opens, which is not reliable in use. On the other hand, I am satisfied with the quality of the belt and solved the buckle problem by buying the AustriAlpin Cobra PRO Style. This buckle is almost as complete a set as the belt I am reviewing here. The bottom line is that it is unrealistic to expect a reliable belt for around 50 €, since the original Cobra buckle alone, 50 mm wide including shipping, costs about 50 €. By combining this Brytzky belt with the original AustriAlpin Cobra 50 mm PRO Style buckle, I have a superb belt.
