I have no complaints about the buckle – it's solid and comfortable to use. As for the polyester in the belt – that's a matter of preference... The belt is stiff and hard to take out. It may work if you intend to use it permanently with one pair of trousers. Personally, I would prefer a soft canvas belt.

The belt is fine, you can shorten it yourself to the required length, but you have to be careful because one of the ends is not permanently attached to the buckle and when opening, the belt may fall out along with the clasp. At first this can be troublesome, but over time you get used to how to open it correctly, and then there’s no longer a problem.
