Analog radio tuner, telescopic antenna
The device features a dual-band, analog radio tuner, enabling reception of programmes in the FM and AM band. FM can be received in the range of 87.5 – 108.0 MHz, and AM in the range of 522 – 1620 KHz. The range is changed by shifting the switch on the front panel. Station selection is done with an additional knob, and current frequencies are visible on a precise scale. The high-quality signal is ensured by a telescopic antenna, which can be rotated in any direction.
LED torch, SOS mode
It features an SOS alarm function, emitting a 110 dB sound signal, which in case of danger, facilitates localisation by rescue services. Apart from its role as a radio receiver, the ER10 model also functions as a torch thanks to the built-in LED diode with three lighting modes.
Built-in battery, solar panel, hand crank generator
The battery with a capacity of 2000 mAh can be charged via the built-in solar panel or manual hand crank generator. Full charge using the panel requires about 60 hours of sun exposure. The panel is equipped with a small lamp as an additional light source. Using the generator, after about 360 rotations, the generated power powers the radio or torch for about 30 minutes. Optionally, charging from an external power source via USB-C cable takes 4-5 hours.
Powerbank function, battery level indicator
The USB-C connection allows using the radio as a portable powerbank, enabling charging of many devices, such as smartphones, tablets, or notebooks. The built-in charge level indicator informs about the battery status while the device is in operation. When fully charged, the battery provides radio operation for 10 to 15 hours.
