Freeze-drying is a process of vacuum dehydration of food products at very low temperatures (-50 degrees C). Thanks to the use of special production technology, freeze-dried food is a wholesome, full-calorie meal, complete in every respect, while meeting the high requirements of various extreme sports such as climbing, high-mountain tourism, sailing, qualified tourism, both summer and winter. It is used by polar explorers, travelers, competitive athletes, on various expeditions or camps.

FRUPP bar is a tasty and healthy snack that provides an easily digestible energy boost. Ideal for hikers, mushroom pickers, athletes and drivers. It doesn't need to be stored in the refrigerator, so it's perfect to have with you when traveling, fishing or hiking in the mountains.

Convenient to carry, the bar is an excellent source of energy and a healthy alternative to other snacks, and is suitable as a dietary supplement.

Ingredients: strawberries (26%), concentrated fruit juices and extracts (carob tree fruit extract, apple extract, concentrated apple juice), inulin, maltodextrin, gelling agent: pectin.

Freeze-dried products do not always suit everyone precisely because of this texture. It doesn’t bother me, but it’s worth having a drink at hand, as they can stick to your teeth or the roof of your mouth.
