Freeze-drying
Freeze-drying is a vacuum process of dehydrating food products at very low temperatures (-50 deg. C). Thanks to the use of special production technology, freeze-dried food retains its nutritional values and is a wholesome meal, meeting high demands for various extreme sports such as climbing, high mountain tourism, sailing, or specialised tourism all year round. It is used by polar explorers, travellers, professional athletes on various expeditions and camps.
