The anatomical mummy silhouette effectively reduces heat loss and improves insulation through better fit to the body. The combination of a well-crafted fit, lightweight, and effective insulation makes this sleeping bag suitable for both weekend camping and longer trips in the field.

Usage temperatures for the Alpinus Wide & Long Fiber Pro 1250 sleeping bag determined in accordance with EN 13537 standard:

• T-comfort: +6 deg. C - the lowest temperature at which a woman can comfortably sleep through the night,
• T-limit: +1 deg. C - the minimum temperature at which a man can sleep through the night without discomfort,
• T-extreme: -14 deg. C - the lowest temperature at which survival in the sleeping bag is possible. This is not a recommended value for standard usage.

External layer made from nylon resistant to creases and intensive use. This fabric effectively wicks away moisture and helps maintain thermal comfort during sleep. The combination of durable outer material and soft inner lining ensures a proper balance between durability and user comfort.

The insulating properties are provided by the synthetic Fiber Pro insulation, which retains thermal insulation even in damp conditions. Thanks to this, the sleeping bag performs excellently in more challenging field conditions where higher humidity levels or contact with wet ground may occur.

The synthetic filling allows for easy washing of the sleeping bag in a washing machine, which makes it easy to keep clean with regular use. The applied fibres maintain their structure and resilience for a long time.

The model features a zip from the renowned brand YKK. It enables opening the sleeping bag from the bottom as well, which allows for temperature regulation and improved ventilation, e.g., around the feet.

Along the entire length of the zip, an Anti-Snag system is used to reduce the risk of the material snagging when opening and closing the sleeping bag. Additional protection at the head area in the form of a pocket with double velcro minimises the possibility of accidentally unzipping during sleep.

The sleeping bag is equipped with a hood with drawstring, allowing for precise coverage of the head on colder nights. The internal thermal collar reduces heat loss from inside the sleeping bag, enhancing thermal insulation.

Additional space around the feet improves sleeping comfort and allows for a more natural leg position. The soft inner material is breathable and allergy-friendly. The delicate fabric does not irritate the skin even in direct contact.

The inside of the sleeping bag includes a zipped pocket for convenient storage of small items such as a phone, documents, or wallet. A compression bag is included in the set to facilitate transport.
