I do not recommend this product, because after attaching the pouches and bag, the belt starts to crease and does not fit properly to the body. Additionally, the buckle comes undone by itself after a few uses when running. The quality of the belt is poor.

Modular tactical belt made of durable and abrasion-resistant 1000D nylon, providing a convenient base for carrying weapons, ammunition and basic tactical equipment.
The inner belt is adjustable with Velcro and fastened with a Cobra buckle. The outer sleeve is equipped with 16 rows of mounting panels in the MOLLE/PALS system cut using Laser Cut technology. Four mounting points allow the attachment of load-bearing harnesses. The inside features soft sponge and spacer mesh for comfort and air circulation.
It comes with two MOLLE/PALS system panels attached to the belt to increase carrying space.
