Each lens made of durable Selenite polycarbonate provides 100% protection against UVA/UVB rays. To increase durability, the lenses are coated with a T-Shell layer protecting against scratches and an Anti-Fog layer to prevent fogging.

The glasses feature a black frame made of Triloid nylon. Thanks to advanced technology, the frames are lightweight and highly resistant to damage. The curved Comm temples are designed to be fully compatible with hearing protectors and other equipment. The adjustable bridge (Twist Lock) allows for individual adjustment and comfortable fitting of glasses to the face.

Standards and certifications

The glasses meet the following protective standards:

  • MIL-PRF-32432A - according to this standard, the frame and visors withstand impacts of bullets/fragments with a diameter of 3.8 mm, travelling at a speed of 700 - 725 km/h.
  • ANSI Z87.1 - specifies the impact resistance of the visor and frame. Tests include resistance to impacts of a heavy steel object (High Mass) and a high-velocity steel ball (High Velocity), confirming resistance to common mechanical hazards.
  • EN.166F - meets the European standard for protection against impacts of moving particles (Medium Energy Impact). According to the standard, the frame and visors withstand impacts of a steel ball with a diameter of 6 mm and a mass of 0.86 g, travelling at a speed of 162 km/h.

Earmor M300WXJ Special Wiley X Edition active hearing protectors

The set includes Earmor M300WXJ Special Wiley X Edition active hearing protectors, which, thanks to advanced technology, suppress sounds above 82 dB. At the same time, they enhance speech and important ambient sounds, which is crucial for maintaining full situational awareness.

The model is equipped with silicone earcups and an adjustable headband, providing high comfort even during prolonged use. A rotary knob functions as a power switch and volume control. The 3.5 mm Jack port allows connection of external sound sources such as a radio or phone.

The protectors meet the IPX5 tightness class, protecting against water spray from various directions at an intensity of up to 12.5 litres per minute. They feature an automatic shut-off function after 4 hours of inactivity. The model is powered by two AAA batteries.

    Great set at a good price. This is my first experience with active headphones. They perfectly suppress loud noises and are very comfortable. The glasses also fit well and their lightness means they don't press on the temples together with the headphones. The biggest downside is the way the lenses are mounted, which I think is very problematic. In the instruction videos it looks simple, but for me, to replace the lenses with clear ones, I had to damage the originals, as they were fitted too tightly. Apart from that, I highly recommend it, especially if you don’t plan on changing the lenses often.
