Wiley X Helix Tactical Glasses - Captivate Polarized Bronze Mirror/Gloss Black Fade to Clear Crystal

Lightweight tactical glasses with a frame made of durable Triloid - resistant to impacts and falls. The glasses' mechanical strength rating allow them to protect the eyes from shrapnel, ricochets and other incoming objects, meeting Class F requirements (protects against objects weighing 0.86 g moving at 45 m/s).

The lenses, made of unbreakable Selenite polycarbonate, protect the eyes from injuries that can be caused by objects moving at high speeds. They meet ANSI Z87.1+ and EN.166 safety standards. In addition, the smooth surface makes it difficult for dust and dirt to settle.​​​​​​​

The shape used ensures a good fit and does not limit comfort when using headphones or hearing protectors. Detachable, rotating side shields provide additional protection for the eyes in areas not covered by the visor.

Polarised lenses with 15% light transmission made with Captivate technology equalize the visible light spectrum so that the colours seen reach the eye evenly. They reduce the effect of glare, increase contrast and provide eye protection against harmful ultraviolet UVA and UVB, and blue light (HEV).

The glasses use T-Shell Scratch coating, which prevents scratches on the glasses. The oleophobic coating reduces the adhesion of dust, dirt, oil, snow and water to the lens.

The Mirror glass variant produces a mirror effect, so that the wearer's eyes remain invisible, and sunlight has even less impact on the image disturbance, so the view is clearer than with standard Captivate glasses.​​​​​​​
