I used this bottle to filter and drink water from Icelandic rivers. Everything was fine, I'm still well, so the filter seems effective. The water didn’t taste of plastic, but I didn’t keep it in the bottle for long, at most a couple of hours.
A lightweight and handy bottle with a filter that removes up to 99% of bacteria and impurities from water. Thanks to the innovative filtration system, the bottle can be refilled with water from the tap, rain, snow or hail, and bodies of water like a lake or river.

Water-to-Go Sugarcane 550 ml Black bottle with filter: I filtered about 20 litres of water, both from rivers and tap water in South America. I had no health problems and did not notice the filter affecting the taste of the water. Advantages: - the bottle is very well made, durable and flexible - a great option for not having to buy water in plastic bottles - the bottle's flexibility allows you to filter water into another bottle or container Disadvantages: - to take a drink, you have to keep sucking the water from the bottle; it does not pour out freely as in classic bottles
