AUS-8 steel and Stonewash coating
The AUS-8 stainless steel used for the blade has been hardened to a hardness of 59 HRC, which provides resistance to damage and allows efficient slicing, chopping and filleting of any products. A special Stonewash coating was applied to the surface of the blade, which reduces glare.
Handle made of resistant G10 laminate
The handle is made of durable G10 laminate, which shows high resistance to heat, damage and is easy to clean. Its proper contouring ensures a secure and safe grip during use.
