Rockland NRC Emergency Reusable Thermal Bag Sleeping Bag

Emergency thermal sleeping bags are an essential set element. Thanks to their versatility, they are suitable for use in tourism, outdoor activities, rescue operations and even by the uniformed services. The NRC sleeping bag is designed to protect the human body from rapid heat loss, insulate against ground temperature and shield against adverse weather conditions such as wind or rain.

It is made of waterproof and durable polyester. Its surface is double-sided metallised in silver and orange. The reflective colour makes it easy to locate a casualty in the field.

When laid flat, the sleeping bag measures 210 x 100 cm. When folded, it is compact and fits easily into a backpack compartment or jacket pocket.

The sleeping bag can also be used as:
- a thermal blanket to cover the body,
- internal insulation for a standard sleeping bag,
- a picnic blanket or tent floor, insulating against the cold and damp of the ground,
- a means of signalling by reflecting light.

The set includes a drawstring carry bag.
