Peli Air Case 1615 TrekPak Transport Case - Black

Black transport case, created from durable, patented HPX2 polymers by Peli, is characterised by damage resistance. It effectively protects the contents during transport and storage. This model meets the IP67 waterproof rating, securing its contents from water and dust. Additionally, resistance to mechanical damage and pressure changes ensures safe air transport.

The case is made from injection-moulded HPX2 resin, which is impact-resistant. The material is characterised by high mechanical damage resistance, deformation resistance, and resilience to environmental factors like moisture, dust, or temperature changes, while remaining lightweight. The construction is sealed with an O-ring and meets the IP67 waterproof rating, providing total protection against dust and resistance to submersion in water at a depth up to 1 metre for 30 minutes.

The TrekPak system offers precise, modular interior organisation of the case based on strong dividing panels, locking pins, and a tool for cutting dividers. It allows for the creation of appropriate compartments for equipment, offering a more rigid division than traditional soft dividers. The interior of the case lid features resilient cushioning foam, which effectively reduces shocks and protects the contents from mechanical damage. This solution allows the protection level to be adjusted to the type of equipment being transported, which is important for delicate items.

Reinforced lid is secured with three stable self-locking latches of the Press and Pull type, simplifying one-handed operation, and additional protection is provided by holes for padlocks. The interior of the case allows for flexible arrangement and organisation of contents. Under the rubber, transport handles are placed on both the longer and shorter sides, ensuring a secure grip. Additionally, the shorter side features a retractable carrying handle.

The case meets the MIL-SPEC certification requirements, confirming a professional level of protection for the transport of sensitive equipment - including tests for low temperature, vibration, and vertical impact in accordance with DEF STAN 81-41, which is standard for military equipment.

The case is equipped with an automatic pressure equalising valve that compensates for differences between the internal and external pressure, making it easier to open after altitude or temperature changes. The valve body made from ABS and the hydrophobic Hi-Flow Gore-Tex fabric support sealing and reliable protection in demanding transport conditions.

The case is equipped with wheels made from abrasion-resistant PU, facilitating transport. Steel ball bearings ensure their smooth motion.
