Black transport case, made from durable, Peli-patented HPX2 polymers, is characterized by damage resistance. It effectively protects its contents during transportation and storage. This model meets the IP67 sealing standard, which safeguards its contents against water and dust. Additionally, resistance to mechanical damage and pressure changes ensures safe air transport.

The housing is made from injection-molded HPX2 resin, which is impact-resistant. The material is characterized by high resistance to mechanical damage, deformation, and the effects of atmospheric factors such as moisture, dust, and fluctuating temperatures, while being lightweight. The structure is sealed with an O-ring and meets the IP67 sealing standard, meaning it offers complete protection against dust and is waterproof for submersion in water up to a depth of 1 meter for 30 minutes.

The TrekPak system provides precise, modular organization of the case's interior based on strong divider panels, locking pins, and a partition cutting tool. It allows the creation of suitable compartments for equipment, offering a more rigid division than traditional soft partitions. The inner lid of the case contains elastic cushioning foam that effectively reduces shocks and protects its contents from mechanical damage. This solution allows the protection level to be adjusted according to the type of equipment being transported, which is important for delicate items.

Reinforced lid is closed with three stable self-latching latches of the Press and Pull type, facilitating one-hand operation, and additional security is provided by holes for padlocks. The interior of the case allows for free arrangement and organization of contents. Under the rubber, there are transport handles located on the longer and shorter sides, providing a secure grip. Additionally, on the shorter side, there is a retractable transport handle.

The case meets the MIL-SPEC certification requirements, confirming a professional level of protection for the transport of sensitive equipment - covering tests such as low temperature, vibration, and vertical impact in accordance with DEF STAN 81-41, which is a standard for military equipment.

The case is equipped with an automatic pressure equalizing valve that compensates for differences between internal and external pressure, facilitating opening after changes in altitude or temperature. The valve body is made from ABS, and the hydrophobic Hi-Flow Gore-Tex membrane supports sealing and reliable protection in demanding transport conditions.

The case is equipped with wheels made from abrasion-resistant PU, which facilitate transport. Steel ball bearings ensure smoothness.
