Peli Air Case 1615 Transport Case - Black

Black transport case made of durable and damage-resistant material, patented by Peli as a combination of HPX2 polymer materials. Effectively protects the contents during transport and storage. The model complies with IP67 sealing standard, which protects against water and dust. Additionally, protection against mechanical damage and pressure changes ensures safe air transport.

The casing is made from injection-molded HPX2 resin. The material is characterized by high resistance to mechanical damage, deformation, and the influence of moisture, dust, and temperatures, while maintaining low weight. The construction equipped with an O-ring meets the IP67 sealing standard, meaning full protection against dust and protection against water up to a depth of 1 meter for 30 minutes.

The inside of the case lid is covered with resilient cushioning foam, effectively damping shocks and protecting against mechanical damage. The yellow organizer ensures a clear and contrasting layout, which facilitates locating equipment in low light. The insert structure allows adaptation to the shape of the equipment, improving stability and limiting movement during transport. This solution allows for adjusting the protection to the transported equipment, important for delicate, shock-resistant devices.

Reinforced lid closes with three solid Press and Pull self-latching clamps that allow easy one-handed operation. Additional protection is provided by holes that allow the contents to be secured with padlocks. Inside the case, an open cargo space allows for flexible organization of the contents. Transport handles with a rubber surface on the longer and shorter sides provide a secure grip, and a retractable transport handle is placed on the shorter side.

The case meets MIL-SPEC certification standards, confirming a high level of protection when transporting sensitive equipment. Resistance includes testing for low temperatures, vibrations, and vertical impacts according to DEF STAN 81-41, used for military equipment.

The case features an automatic pressure equalization valve that eliminates pressure differences between the inside and outside, making it easier to open after altitude or temperature changes. The valve body is made of ABS, and the venting element is made of hydrophobic Hi-Flow Gore-Tex fabric, supporting tightness and reliable equipment protection in difficult transport conditions.

The case is equipped with wheels made of abrasion-resistant PU, facilitating movement. Steel ball bearings ensure smooth wheel operation.
