High-protein protein supplement with iced coffee flavor designed for adults who are physically active or building muscle mass. It dissolves well in water and is quickly absorbed by the body.
The supplement is based on a combination of high-quality whey protein isolate (WPI-CFM) and whey protein concentrate (WPC) containing all essential amino acids in the right proportions. It complements or diversifies easily digested protein to help maintain muscle mass.
The product can be consumed as a stand-alone meal, and will also work well as an addition to oatmeal, pancakes, omelets or smoothies.
Recommended daily serving and method of preparation: from 1-3 times a day 1 scoop (35 g of powder), dissolve in 100-200 ml of water or milk. Consume immediately after preparation. Consume in the morning, between meals or after training. Do not exceed the recommended daily serving for consumption. Dietary supplement should not be used as a substitute for a varied diet. A balanced diet and healthy lifestyle are recommended.

Excellent protein, in my opinion it is one of the top options available on the market. Both the chocolate and double chocolate flavours are fantastic. It also works perfectly as an ingredient for protein baked goods, like cookies or pancakes.

The taste of Ice Coffee works great in the summer – after mixing and adding ice, it resembles a real coffee drink, not a classic fruit or vanilla shake. The quality, as always with Olimp products, is at a high level.
