Olimp Sport Nutrition Pro Whey Shake protein supplement - 700 g - vanilla - dietary supplement

Pro Whey Shake is a vanilla-flavored protein supplement that contains three sources of whey protein: whey protein concentrate (WPC), isolate (WPI) and hydrolysate (WPH). This ensures a varied time for their assimilation.

The supplement helps supplement the daily diet with the necessary amount of protein for athletes. Each serving also contains an adequate dose of key amino acids, including: BCAA complex, glutamine and taurine. These ingredients support the body in building muscle mass and their regeneration after exercise.

Recommended daily serving: 1-3 servings daily - after waking up, between meals, after training or before bedtime. 1 serving of the product (35 g = 1 scoop) should be dissolved in 200 ml of water and consumed immediately after preparation.

Do not exceed the recommended daily serving for consumption during the day. The dietary supplement should not be used as a substitute for a varied diet. A balanced diet and healthy lifestyle is recommended.
