A lightstick is a light source that does not require any power supply. It can shine for 8-12 hours, providing signaling capabilities, marking positions or illuminating an area.
The plastic container contains a glass capsule with a chemical substance and a dye that reacts when broken. The combination of the two substances triggers a reaction, resulting in the lightstick emitting light with a wide angle of 360 degrees.
