MFH Sleeping Bag - M05 Camo

Solid sleeping bag in M05 camouflage, mummy style appearance, offering comfortable body placement and freedom of movement during sleep. Made from high-quality polyester, equipped with a durable outer shell and synthetic filling.

polyester construction

The outer layer made of polyester effectively protects against abrasions, mechanical damage, and moisture. The inner lining of polyester ensures a pleasant contact with the skin. This combination makes the sleeping bag suitable for demanding expeditions and peaceful camping.

Synthetic filling

Effective heat retention is ensured by a synthetic two-layer filling with a grammage of 225 g/m2, which effectively insulates against the cold. The stitching stabilises the filling, ensuring its even distribution throughout the sleeping bag.

adjustable hood, collar with drawstrings

Hood with drawstrings allows for a perfect fit and head protection from the cold. Adjustable shoulder area and collar equipped with drawstrings effectively block the entry of cold air into the sleeping bag.

M05 camouflage

The M05 camouflage (Finnish M05 Maastokuvio) is a family of pixelated camouflage patterns introduced into the Finnish Defence Forces in 2005 as a successor to the M91 pattern. It was developed based on digital analysis of photographs of Finnish forests taken in different seasons by the Finnish Forest Research Institute. The M05 family includes several variants, such as woodland, snow, and cold weather.

The main woodland version of M05 consists of patches in light green, dark green, brown, and dark graphite, effectively replicating the structure of Finnish forests. Due to similar vegetation and terrain conditions, the M05 Woodland camouflage also performs well in the forests of Central and Eastern Europe, providing effective concealment in natural surroundings.

    Very warm sleeping bag! I went on a day trip at the beginning of January 2026 with a temperature of -7°C. I set up a thin hammock, put the sleeping bag and my five-year-old son inside. I was busy around the campsite while the little one was moving around in the hammock. I was feeling cold, but he was very happy and didn’t get cold in the sleeping bag. I decided to test it myself – I joined him in the hammock and it really was very warm. I definitely recommend it.

    Light, perfectly fitting sleeping bag with a zip. The right weight and a functional hood allow it to be used at low temperatures, so it’s great for survival, mountain expeditions and other activities requiring overnight stays outdoors. Compression sacks and the low weight of the sleeping bag make it easy to attach to most backpacks.

    The sleeping bag is very good quality, well made, soft and pleasant inside, providing comfort and warmth. When you zip it up and tighten the drawcords, it can be a bit tight inside, but this doesn’t affect my positive opinion – it’s just an observation. It works excellently in a hammock. In reality, the colours look better than in the photos. The only issue is the packed size – the sleeping bag is large enough that not every backpack will fit it, and even in bigger ones, it takes up a lot of space. It’s worth bearing this in mind when making a purchase. A plus are the straps sewn into the cover, which make it easy to attach the sleeping bag to a backpack. The cover could be a bit bigger – that would make packing after use easier.

    This is an excellent sleeping bag, very carefully made, and thanks to the thoughtful stitching, the insulation does not shift. With proper preparation, you can easily follow the specified temperature ranges. The camouflage pattern also looks very good. At this price, the sleeping bag is simply great – it really is worth buying. Service at Militaria is, as always, at a high level.

    The sleeping bag is worth its price, especially as a promotional offer it is a good purchase. It is well made, with no flaws. The insulation is evenly distributed on both sides. A wide, genuine temperature range for use. Good, acceptable size and weight.
