I took the Raptor for my first aid kit and car, because I wanted to have reliable scissors, not "just something for the sake of it". In use, they really cut as they should: clothes, belts, bandages, straps — everything is cut instantly and there is no need to struggle with a knife. Woodland looks impressive, but most importantly, the tool seems reliable and doesn't wobble. The Utility case is also useful, because you can't really carry such things in your pocket. You fasten it to your belt or put it in your bag — and you always know where it is. One small detail: folding/unfolding was unusual at first until I got used to it, and after exposure to dirt or dust it's worth wiping the hinge, because it can get stiffer. Overall, this isn't a "universal tool for all times", but specifically rescue scissors. If you need just such a product, it's a very good choice. If not, then maybe it will just sit unused.

Scissors made from 420HC stainless steel with a durable Woodland-coloured zytel handle allow for quick cutting of a casualty's clothing, enabling immediate access to injuries. An important part of the rescue kit is also a ring cutter, which helps prevent the risk of finger necrosis caused by swelling and blood flow obstruction due to tight-fitting rings and bands.
The tool also includes a sturdy glass breaker, a safe belt cutter, and an oxygen tank wrench (O2).

This is a proper tool 'for the job', not just a pocket multitool. The scissors cut very confidently – clothes, straps, bandages, everything goes quickly and it's really convenient when you need to do it without fuss. The holster is also spot on: clip it to your belt and you know exactly where it is, not searching through your backpack. Woodland looks cool, but the main thing here is not the colour, but the fact that the tool is durable and feels reliable. At the same time, it's quite specialised: for 'EDC just in case' it might be excessive and bulky, it's better suited for a first aid kit/car/work use. If you really need good rescue shears – it's a top notch piece of kit.

I have been using them for a long time, and they are definitely the best scissors I've come across. Additionally, I had the opportunity to find out that the guarantee really works – I managed to exchange them when the blade got damaged. The product is extremely practical, takes up little space when folded, and is exceptionally sturdy in everyday use!
