Made from 420HC stainless steel, the scissors with a durable Garnet-coloured zytel handle allow for quick cutting of a casualty's clothing, enabling immediate access to injuries. An important part of the rescue kit is also a ring cutter, which helps prevent the risk of finger necrosis caused by swelling and blood flow obstruction due to tight-fitting rings and bands.
The tool also includes a sturdy glass breaker, a safe belt cutter, and an oxygen cylinder wrench (O2).
